MEMBERS FLEA AUCTION MARKET
The Fastest Auctioning Flea Market in America
THE BIDDING; THREE BIDDERS. THREE BIDS AND OUT.
HOW IT WORKS. SEE BELOW.

Only members can auction items.
No commercial items are allowed. All items are screened.
Members or non members can bid for items.
For each item offered three (3) bidders are allowed to make three bids.
The offering price is not posted. It is kept hidden. It is revealed only when three bidders bid, then and only then, the winning bid is posted and accepted. Bids are in increments of 50 cents. The spread is 1/2 above the offering price or 1/2 below the offering price. For example if the offering price is $5.00 any bid greater than $7.50 is a no bid. Any bid less than $2.50 is a no bid. The range of acceptable bids ranges from $2.50 to $7.50. A bidder should examine the picture of the item and details of the item. A bidder then makes an informed estimate of the offering price. A bidder makes a bid that she estimates is closest to the offered price of the item.

If a bidder bids the offering price she wins the bid. If not, the bidder who bid the highest, lowest bid wins. If no bid falls into that range, the bidder who bids the lowest, highest bid wins. If the winning bid is bid by more than one bidder, the bidder who bid first wins the auction.

The transaction cost is 3.5% of the sales price. It is paid by the person making the offer.

The item is kept on site for a week, if three bidders do not bid or no bid fell within the spread. The item is removed from the site and may be re posted in two weeks
